Candidate needs to have at least High School Diploma. Three years working in childcare in which two of those years are working in daycare center, public/private school as a teacher. Minimum of 45 hour staff credential hours or some child child development courses from community or college.
At least three verifiable references with excellent feed back. A current driver license with excellent driving record. In addition to valid U.S. work authorization.
While being employed thought agency candidate should always maintain professional online presence. At least one year commitment to work with family. All primary responsibilities and daily task should be mutually agreed upon before a nanny commences employment.
Current CPR and First Aide Training before being placed in candidate selection pool
